Despite bipartisan trends in medical marijuana, reform support skews Democratic, with a Gallup poll showing a recent drop in Republican backing, linked to Trump's anti-drug measures like tariffs and military actions, resonating with his base. A June NuggMD-Marijuana Moment poll found most cannabis consumers disapprove of Trump's policies so far, though rescheduling or legalization could change views.
