The Omaha Tribe fired back at Gov. Pillen and AG Hilgers, insisting Nebraska can’t stop tribal medical cannabis sales—even to non-tribal Nebraskans. Tribe calls threats “legally incorrect” and warns of retaliation if the state blocks their program or kills tobacco-tax talks.
