THC drink, hemp sales in Ohio can continue as court extends block on ban

A court blocked Ohio’s planned December ban on intoxicating hemp-derived products, allowing sales of delta-8 and delta-9 THC items to continue.



The ruling follows legal challenges arguing the ban conflicts with 2023 voter-approved marijuana legalization. Retailers report strong demand amid regulatory uncertainty.
