A review of 19 studies (2007-2025) on CBD for non-small cell lung cancer shows it kills cells, slows progression via apoptosis, oxidative stress, and immune boosts. CBD synergizes with cisplatin/radiotherapy, aiding resistance. Evidence is mostly preclinical (lab/animal); only two anecdotal human cases. Calls for clinical trials on dosing, safety, and interactions.
